Remington Square is a gem for anyone who craves simplicity and charm. The studio apartments are cozy, well-lit, and conveniently located in West Law. The kitchen is a spacious surprise, and the friendly community vibe makes it feel like home. Maintenance is on point, too.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is super friendly, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and lounge area are great. I've never had any issues with noise or mold, and the complex is quick to address any maintenance problems. It's been a fantastic home for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
The worst management I’ve ever seen. EXTREMELY loud neighbors and management didn’t do A THING. Would never wish my worst enemy to live here. Didn’t get a wink of sleep the whole time I was there.

Quiet and Pet Friendly
The community is quiet during the day and evenings, which I found surprising in a college town. Even the pool is normally quiet. It allows pets of all sizes and provides a gravel dog park. This is an affordable option over sharing a place with roommates!

Breathe BLACK MOLD spores for one year CHALLENGE
It was not a terrible living experience overall, but it was annoying. If I had to do it again, I would invest in a dehumidifier day one and never turn the lights off. The mold problem at this complex is on a supernatural level, as if the property has been specifically geared towards the propagation of mold in all forms. In fact, the pool was unusable throughout my 13 month stay due to the rapid growth of algae. It's like the land itself is cursed. Not necessarily something you can fault the... company for. However-
Ancient motel room A/C units and appliances are not efficient. Even for the last couple of months when I wasn't living there the power bill was ~40 dollars. 40 dollars to power what, the fridge? And it seemed an unnecessary layer of annoyance that you have to set up your own contract with the electric company instead of it being included in rent.
After a year of living there I was never able to find an internet provider (other than a notoriously bad local company) that could recognize the complex's address as being on planet Earth, much less in their service areas. You may be looking at life without WiFi if you're not willing to settle for Midco.
Thin walls, if you care about that sort of thing. Expensive laundry facilities. Limited parking, especially if you arrive later in the day (worth noting: at least two of the spaces in front of my unit were usually under a few inches of water). Loud yard work/maintenance guys knocking on your door early in the morning so you can tell them they're at the wrong unit.
Keeping these conditions in mind, their general policies are cartoonishly demanding of the tenants. They want you to take a chemical bath and buy a new pair of shoes before you use their exercise equipment. If you want out of a lease early, you actually have to advertise the unit yourself. And you'll get mass emails nearly every day wagging a finger at everyone about someone making noise or having dogs off the leash. Management came off as disorganized and uncharitable, transparently valuing profit over the comfort and happiness of their tenants.
An altogether annoying experience that I guess you could make work if the price is right and you're not bothered by any of the things I've mentioned here.
