Not very responsive to prospects

I realize that we’re all busy; however, if you’re a prospect and you leave a interested email and never receive a call back or return email, it leaves the impression that as a resident, your replies for maintenance might go unnoticed or unanswered as well. Personally, I would not recommend doing business this way, regardless of your occupancy rates.

Worst place to live in Lawrence

Multiple times the apartment neglected hazardous smells. Jill the manager is specifically the one who tried to neglect and not deal with the heavy gas smell we experienced. (Still experience) The maintenance man finally was the one to call the gas department. Jill still thought we were being ridiculous and thought that it was stupid that the gas company was even out there. There maintenance crews they hire will drop paint on your personal things, track mid through the house. And our Apartment... has flooded twice. Now our whole unit smells of cigarette smoke because its apparently allowed inside. Jills assistant told us moving in that was not allowed. We would of never moved ina place where its ok to smell like a cigarette. Worst Management out of all 4 apartments I have live in BY FAR. If you want a place that does not care for tenants request this is the place for you.

I Don't see how they can be proud of their management

HORRIBLE! I lived a 837 Michigan street when they took over. The previous management was not the best but I would take them over this management any day. I basically moved because I was treated so poorly. The office manager refuses to help me, denied me of my billing history and over charged me on my rent when I became aware of this I contacted her she said "I don't have time for you and to never call again." Jill has to be the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. My... apartment always had an issue and they were never taken care of even up to the day I left. I had windows that were falling out sinks that didn't work leaking toilets and on top horrible service. I have tried to contact the corporate office many times have never received a phone call back. it's quite ridiculous when you give these people your money and they refused to help you. to be told I will not help you when it is their job and you know what you are asking for is not unreasonable,such as a copy of your billing history. to be told we don't keep those makes you wonder how efficiently they run their company. if I can not receive any help from them I plan to take legal action. sense overcharging me for my rent when the amount is clearly stated in the contract that I still have. I would never recommend anybody to rent a house or apartment that NOLAN REAL ESTATE manganese.
