great price for the amount of space

I have lived here for 9 years. Maintenance has always been quick to help, when needed. The amount of space I have is excellent, especially for the price. I plan to live here for at least another 4 years.

Walls are paper thin between the duplexes.

Walls are paper thin between the duplexes. The walls are extremely thin you will hear your neighbors do everything. And I mean everything, even walking through their living room it shakes the floor. Good luck getting maintenance to do anything right. It’s not really their fault it’s the two ladies that run the office they won’t let them fix anything correctly they make them rig everything until it works correct. Or close to it. They won’t use new parts on anything they use old parts. Will never... replace anything. If you complain about something good like getting it taken care of because I’ll ignore you. And there are so many brown recluse spiders. And they won’t do anything about it. The refs were replaced recently. About two weeks after the refs was replaced, my roof leaked. I told them, and they did nothing. The foundations are so shot that the walls are starting to crack, again they do nothing.

STAY AWAY

This has to be the worst place to live in the metro. If you like mice, brown recluse spiders, holes in your walls to the outside, horrible maintenance crews, and rude leasing managers then this is the place for you! We always paid our rent on time and they repaid us by stealing our 1k deposit even though the duplex was much cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. They do not care about their tenants and all of our neighbors were tired of dealing with their bs too. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
