Deceptive Leasing
Leasing agents didn’t alert to any of the construction happening and eliminated nearly half of the resident parking only a couple months after moving in. Would avoid.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!! Construction down the entire street, backhoes, dump trucks, excavators, potholes everywhere!! ..starts at 7 am every day and doesn't end until after 6 most days including weekends!!! Don't let anyone tell you different, this construction will not be finished for at least a year (June of 2023) IT IS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE!! The office has a revolving door, one leasing agent after another, ..hands down the WORST Management company I have ever dealt with!... Read all the reviews before thinking about renting here, I wish I had!! The complaints are staggering from myself and MANY or the residents here, the office doesn't even respond to calls or emails.. Do yourself a favor and don't walk but RUN away from this property!! They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to leave to post this!

These apartments are high cost, old and worn. Appliances are old. No laundry in apartments. Location is very noisy with Aggiville and Chipotle next door. Landlord tries to keep all your deposit by trumping up items and way overcharging for them. For example $25 for smoke detector battery. Charge you to repaint after your rental with just normal wear. They won’t resolve concerns just want to take advantage of students. Recommend you avoid them.

Terrible, just stay away. Too expensive for what you're getting. The management is inconsistent, biased and just unfair. The building is poorly built, cardboard doors, paper thin walls and cheap fixtures. Dogs barking can be heard 30feet down the hallway. There is never enough parking. Cars are vandalized in the back lot.

I've lived here for a year and had MUCH higher expectations than were delivered. First off, management is incompetent, rude and inconsistent. If you need a package delivered on the weekend or God forbid after you get off of work, you can forget it.
Don't want to hear your neighbors flush the toilet, have sex or simply close their front door, then DON'T live here! If you live by the stairwell, don't even get me started you can hear EVERYTHING, stomping up stairs, closing doors on either side,... and all sort of chatter.
None of the units have in unit washers or dryers which would be fine if the communal laundry room was functioning! Half of the appliances in there are broken and out of service. They're also old and clothes somehow smell worse after a wash than before. The cost for using the machines is ridiculous for the quality.
Security cameras are fake and the back door hardly locks, on the weekend the garage gate is somehow always faulty and theres no where to park.
AVOID THIS PLACE, ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE FOR THE LOCATION.
