Trash gets left in the hallways and it constantly smells awful. You can hear your neighbors watching TV and dogs barking floors below you. One elevator. Creepy neighbors. Leasing agents that will give away your personal information to creepy neighbor you warned them about? Have to park in a parking garage across the street or pay monthly to park in middle section you will get towed. However if there’s an event nearby such as old settlers good luck leaving or finding parking because that’s the... same parking garage they use for events. Just run far away if you can
