Poor Service and Uncooperative

I applied to this place about a week ago. We looked at all the amenities and photos online, so we decided to tour. It was great, so we decided to apply later that day. We only work part-time right now, but have plenty in savings, so we called ahead (before submitted application) and asked if savings were acceptable and we were told that savings were completely viable. With that green light, we went ahead and applied. However, the next day, we were told that they do not accept paper or scanned... pay stubs, which was not mentioned anywhere in the application. We only receive paper pay stubs, so we brought up our savings and that was ignored. We mentioned we could co-sign, but they said that the co-signer has to make 5x rent, which was mentioned nowhere in the application. There were multiple errors in the application itself, saying "see section 'xx'," for that not to be the correct section. Were we to know much of the information mentioned that was omitted from the application, we would not have applied. The leasing agent and the property manager were uncooperative and do not communicate with each other. I just hope this can save someone else the time and money that we wasted on this place.

However, we are only doing part-time work at the moment, which amounted to just little above rent, but we have plenty in savings, so we called to ask if savings were acceptable until we find full time jobs, we were told it was perfectly viable as an income source to have savings. With that in mind, we we submitted our pay stubs for... our current jobs and applied. The next day, they got back to us and said that they do not accept scanned or physical pay stubs, which is the only thing we have. This was not mentioned anywhere on the application, but we mentioned our savings and that was completely ignored. We said we could co-sign, but they said that the co-signer has to make 5x the rent, which was not mentioned anywhere on the application either. There were multiple mistakes in the application terms and much of the information they mentioned AFTER we applied was omitted from the actual application. Were we aware of this before or during the application, we would not have applied. Overall, the leasing agent and property manager have been uncooperative and difficult. I just hope this saves someone the time and money we wasted on this place.
