Poor Management

Property is great when it comes to the variety of floor plans. It is not worth the cost because of poor property management, thin walls, and loud neighbors. Property management has been terrible.They are not responsive to tenants and no one is ever on site. I moved out of the property in April 2023 and still have yet to receive my deposit. Do not move here if you want your deposit back!

Amazing!

Sixty16 has been an amazing place to live! Rylina was extremely helpful during the application and move in process. She continues to be great with making sure everybody knows what is going on in the complex. Our apartment couldn’t be anymore amazing! My favorite part is security knowing that no one can just come in to the complex without a fob or the app. Even though we haven’t used the outside area very much its still beautiful to look at! I recommend it to anyone i know that is looking to... move.

Great Place to Live!!!!

I have been a resident for 5 months. I love it!!! The Apartment manager Rylina is nice, she goes out of her way to help in anyway she can.. The owner Kevin and his wife have a meet and greet with us every month for cocktails and appetizers. They all make you feel welcome. They actually care if we are happy living here. I also love the security of knowing it has cameras that show all the angles of the building and parking lot which is reassuring when you live alone. I feel very safe living here.... I would give it 50 stars if I could.

True modern living

The dedication of trying to make living better did it for me, on top of the location(peace and quiet) and the new appliances, the fire pit and the outdoor and indoor social spaces, the gym and sauna I mean I could go on and on!! You’ll fall in love the moment you just tour it.

Beautiful Place to Call Home

Sixty16 is a lovely building in which to call home. My favorite area is the outside courtyard that has a fire pit, BBQ grills, an outdoor TV and outstanding landscaping! The apartments are so very nice inside with wonderful sunlight coming through the windows. I appreciate that this is a pet friendly residence as pets enrich our lives. The property seems to be well managed and built for the convenience of residents.
