The management here is absolutely wonderful, they make sure to get things taken care of quickly and the best to their abilities. Phones are answered, there’s always someone in the office now. It’s definitely a place that needed some work done, and it’s finally getting taken care of. Alisha and Angie have been wonderful to say the least.

The new management here at Brentwood is long over due. They are very professional and take their job seriously to update the parking lot that was so needed. Also they answer the phone! I'm proud now to say I live at Brentwood Apartments.

i just moved here in august the new management is wonderful they answer the phones and are always in the office the outside is clean and the apartments are biig open and spacious i love it here

I would not live here. The office staff was very rude. Couldn't answer my questions, had no clue about the area or apparently how to help me. The hallways smelled really bad when she showed me an apartment.

I live in the Brentwood Apartments and I can’t even get a hold of anyone in the office I have tried to get certain things fixed it has taken them months to get the it fixed and in some cases I’m still waiting I have tried to contact them to find out about certain things but I can’t even get through to a person all I keep getting is the voicemail I’ve tried all of their numbers including the numbers of the other apartments that they are said to also manage but I can’t get through to anyone at... any of the locations it is just bad all around the first floor apartments flood as well so be warned this is not the place to live
