Unsafe and unclean

There are no cameras, and I have never seen security around like there is supposed to be, so my cars been broken into twice, my friend’s tailgate was stolen, random people knock on my door late at night often, my apartment was not clean when I moved in and smelled like smoke and weed for weeks. I’ve had to call the police several times because of residents outside of my apartment yelling and fighting. Definitely paying more money than it’s worth when I am always feeling unsafe.

Foxrun

I moved here in 2016 and I must say they take well care of the property grounds, and maintenace is EXCELLENT they make sure to get you taken care of in a prompt timely manner. I wish they had a dog park because the neighbors with dogs just come outside walk the dog right on the grass and leave the poop right there for all to see disgusting I felt sorry for maintenace that had to clean up after nasty neighbors but overall I would give them a 4 stars have to just take one point for no dog park.

Unorganized office, cat urine smell

Upon moving in, they asked both my boyfriend and I for a second form of ID. I brought in our social security cards for them to make copies of in our file, which Jenny did. Our move in date was July 31st, and when we saw our apartment we realized the office is where all the mailboxes are located so we have to drive to our mailbox since we live in the back of this very large complex. The patch work done on the walls is bad because they have textured walls. You can hear someone coming up the stairs... because they are so loud from two miles away. The cabinetry in our kitchen and bathroom definitely needs a redo multiple scratches, dings, and drawers that were off track. Then when we stepped out on our balcony, (we live upstairs) we found first of all the whole balcony needs to be replaced because it warps underneath your feet and the paint job was just terrible, there were five nails sticking out from the wood; so it's a good thing we weren't barefoot, and there is this terrible smell of cat urine that is so strong that we cannot go out onto our balcony whatsoever. After telling the office this they supposedly sent someone to "spray our balcony" but that did not help and two weeks later finally someone came to paint, but the smell remains. The last way they wronged us is Devan is the lady who we had been working with, when we went to sign our lease the only person there was Erin. I called Erin and asked what was the total amount we needed to bring with us as we were approved with conditions and she told us $826 (prorated amount, last month rent, and pet deposit) that is the amount we brought with us and she let us move in. This morning, about two weeks after we move in I get a phone call from Devan saying that we didn't pay the last month rent, and we needed to pay it or we were going to move out, and it turns out our August rent was due on the first however they neglected to tell us as we were under the impression that our first month would be due in September AFTER LIVING THERE FOR A MONTH, so all ready being low on money they are only giving us until Tuesday on a mistake the whole office made to scrap up another $664 or else we are being kicked out. They make their first impression seem great but it looks like everyone in that office only cares about money and has no idea what they are doing.

Fox Run First

The apartment grounds are so well taken care of. The Management is on top of everything. Saltwater pool, and great 24 hour washing facilities. In a non renovated apartment and still has a timeless feel with amazing features. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
