After living here for a short while now, I am super impressed by the quality you get for such a reasonable price. My 2-bedroom is spacious enough for my little family, nothing looks very old or outdated. They even put in brand new carpet throughout before we moved in. We feel really safe here too since you have to have a key to get into your building. These apartments are not only super affordable, but they are by far the best managed apartments I have ever lived in. At other apartments I've rarely seen or spoken to a property manager outside of moving in or moving out; here at Governeour Manor I see not only the manager, but the entire staff on nearly a daily basis. They are friendly and kind and will treat you like family.

My apartment was so clean when I moved in...fresh paint, new carpet, updated appliances! I couldn't believe it. The... pool is well taken care of as are the grounds in general, and the landscaping is on point.

Living here has been one of the most refreshing experiences I have had in a long time. Our entire community is caring and always looking out for each other. The safety I feel with the people around me is unquestionable. I feel very lucky to be here and to be surrounded by the goodness I have living here.
