I've been living here for a little over a year now and our packages that got placed in the clubhouse used to get locked up after the employees leave but they recently installed a new mail room that is always locked and you use an app to see when ur packages arrive and you can only open the door if you have a package using the app. but, the app has a feature that lets you just open the door whenever completely foregoing the entire locking system so basically all of... our packages are in a completely unlocked door. Made us wait 3 months for an apartment. Told us it would have a patio and as we move in the move us to a second story with a balcony. When we arrived to move in they refused to answer and made us wait 4 hours before they would talk to us. After we got someone to talk to they wouldn’t do anything to make a change or try to help us out. End up not taking the apartment very glad we didn’t.
