I got a terrible impression of the apartment. Their staff members are extremely difficult to reach. I tried calling multiple times to schedule a tour and got no answer. A few other times I was placed on hold for a long time. I went onto their website to book a tour there and no one ever got back to me with a confirmed time or date. Seems like it is badly run or poorly managed.
The emails that I have received from them are super generic, asking the same questions over and over again after I have... already answered them about if I am interested in renting with them and when I am expecting to move in. It is like no one really monitors it or reads what people write. I can't find any valid information about the apartments. Their application fee is listed as $50 but they say that it actually costs $150 to apply. This place is a huge NO for me.

I really like this place
I moved here out of state a few months ago and spoke with Charity and Ashley. They were very helpful and made my move easier. I would recommend them to my friends.
