Worst place to live in lexingotn.

I have been a resident for over half a year and the staff is surprisingly unorganized. A leak in our kitchen sink has not been fixed for the entire month of November. Every call we make to ask about the progress, we have been told that the wrong part has been ordered from a catalog 3 different times and that they are sorry for the inconvenience but we are just going to have to deal with it. This has lead to many spontaneous visits from what I'm assuming are the only 2 maintenance workers they... have available. After the maintenance team left, they did not reconnect the plumbing under the sink correctly so to our surprise we found that the dishwasher was draining directly into the cabinets. Not to mention they have dog waste stations that are never filled so of course the yards are filled with tiny poo bombs. Honestly very disappointing to be living here. I'm aggravated because the staff does not respect the tenants at all. They smile their way through anything they can say to get you back in the apartment and just wait. I'm glad to know the staff gets to go home after their hard days at work and leave us here (in OUR homes) neglected.

EDIT: I will continue to add to this review just like the staff continues to disappoint. It is now December. We did not have a kitchen sink until Tuesday, November 30th. We noticed the dishwasher was draining into the cabinets before thanksgiving. No kitchen sink, no dishwasher, so we had to resort to washing our dishes in the tub..? What other choice did we have? Of course we tossed the excess food into the bin before we washed the excess oils and grease in our tub. Monday night (the 29th of November) we noticed our tub has standing water in it after taking a shower. I walked to the office and was at the door when staff unlocked the office and told them I needed the tub looked at as well as the sink that was getting serviced that morning. The maintenance team showed up at my apartment at 10:00am. and was not told about my request for the tub. Now I'm told we are without a shower for 2 days. I HATE living here. do yourself a favor and find a more competent company to live under.

Not Worth Living In

When I asked to look at the unit we would be renting, I was told that the previous tenant was still in it and that they would not be able to show it. Instead I was shown a model apartment. When it came time to sign a lease and move in, the apartment that was actually leased out was in much worse condition. One of the bedroom doors had clearly had a previous tenant punch into it and a huge hole was present. I asked for this to be fixed, which it never was. The flooring is not hardwood floors, but... rather linoleum made to imitate a wood look. This flooring already had holes in it, even though the renovation supposedly occurred in 2017. The bathtubs were not replaced at the time of renovation. The bathtubs appear to be original to the apartment building. The bottom of the tub was rusted, uneven, and painted over. This resulted in peeling paint on the bottom of the bathtub. The cheapest of materials were used to renovate the apartments and therefore none of the "upgrades" were holding up well. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are flimsy and made out of particle board, not hard wood. Be prepared for apartment neighbors having loud parties well into the night. There is also an issue with drug use in at least some of the apartment buildings, which results in bad smells in the hallways. Dog poop is frequently not picked up by owners in the grass and outside walkways, so you will also want to be careful where you step. The apartment building is convenient to the mall, which is what I liked about it when I first looked at it. The condition of the apartment itself is what you would expect from a low budget apartment. However, the condition of the apartment is not reflected in the price and you will pay towards the higher end of Lexington apartment rental prices to live here. Do yourself a favor and either find a less expensive apartment or pay a little bit more and get an apartment you can actually enjoy living in.

Horrible

Only been living here a couple months, worst mistake of my life. There’s always something wrong and maintenance takes their time fixing it even if it’s an urgent matter. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Wish I didn’t sign a lease here. People in the office are nice it’s the maintenance and the sense of urgency and Quilty of work that sucks. If you fix it once you shouldn’t have to fix it again

Love my New Home - LOVE!

I moved in a few months ago and love my apartment and the location! It's close to everything yet in a quite neighborhood! I couldn't ask for anything more! The kitchen is beautiful especially with the black/white/gray granite counter-tops! My apartment came with a washer and dryer and makes laundry so easy - rather than having to go find a laundry place. The office staff is great too! They are here everyday to help in any way possible. My move in was so easy. LOVE!

Don't live here

I'm a current resident and regret living here wholeheartedly.
1. There are no hardwood floors. Only linoleum flooring with a faux wood grain pattern.
2. This "new flooring" is already coming unglued from the floor and bubbling.
3. There's no pool.
4. Despite the interior renovations, they have done nothing with insulation or flooring repair. Literally every single thing can be heard through the floors. Even the tiny paw taps of our upstairs neighbors dog. Normal walking sounds like stomping...
through the floors and they creak so loudly.
5. The staff is less than useful. One of the office personnel has been condescending and short on multiple occasions. The maintenance staff stands outside our door and smokes.
6. Rarely does the Wellington resident portal work.
7. On multiple occasions, solicitors have come into the buildings knocking on doors.
8. We had Lexington Police knock on our door one morning because the Burger King across the street was robbed and they believed the thief came through the building/area hiding.
9. There have been drunken fights/arguments in the courtyard in the middle of the night.
10. Very few residents pickup after their pets.
If I could give zero stars I would. This lease cannot end soon enough.
