Lived here for 7 years, have had little to no issues things get fixed on time, and in a hurry. The apartments are clean no rodent issues. Nice neighbors and clean community

I'm confused on how this place even has renters living here at all when they can't even answer the phone or the door. They act like they are NEVER there. Never call back. Have LITERALLY seen the lady walk INTO the office and STILL did not answer the door. How to you have tentants??

I submitted two application fees and when I turned them in to the lady she said she would email me if she needed anything else. After a a week I contacted her and she told me she couldn’t submit my application because I was missing my bill receipt so I went to give it to her the following day. After two weeks I contacted her and she told me she couldn’t turn in the application because it was too late and I would have to pay the fee again of $60. So not worth it! I read reviews saying it was... infested.

There is a sign in the office, as well as the application itself, that states required information for completion. If an application is not complete, or the information cannot be obtained within 7 days, the application will expire. Thank you!
