Garbage would sit out all over the place for days. Maintenance and the office ignore your requests to fix things; our kitchen sink barely worked and I only used my shower three times. The noise was absolutely unbelievable here. The constant booming from our upstairs neighbors made our lives hell, and kids were always screaming next door and playing in the halls. This experience at Veranda has stained a year of our lives.

Do Not rent here you will regret it. The management staff is a joke and maintenance is definitely lacking. My Air conditioning unit was out for 10 days in June it was horrible.

The most poorly managed place I have ever had the displeasure of working with. If you don't believe me, look for all the private facebook pages of over 1200 other tenants that have had grievances, such as No AC for weeks, no heat for weeks, no dryer for months, mice, no place to put your trash bc dumpsters were removed, flooding, no working stove/ovens, non functioning pool, no window screens, broken windows, no blinds, entering apartments illegally without prior notice and HORRIBLE... communication with the Manager, Megan. This is what you get for the so called “luxury” apartment living.

Maintenance requests are ignored. Grounds keeping is nonexistent. Leasing office is unhelpful. The pool was closed half of the summer last year on orders from the Department of Public Health. Dark and unlit parking lots (safety issue).

I wouldn’t recommend renting here unless you have no other choice.
