They are a mix of two bedrooms with one bath, and three bedrooms with one and a half baths. They were completely renovated back in 2004. Honestly, what makes this community in such high demand is its location and convenience. Close to everything you would need quickly, extremely convenient to bus lines. The fire and police department are within a quarter mile, and public transportation is incredibly accessible. Also, if you need to get to anywhere else, access to Highway 64 is within a mile. In this place, there are always big dogs like pitbull just running around without a leash. There are always people that just stay there that do not live there and there are like 20 cars that are broke and just sit there. People are always in and out, I heard some got shot there during 2020. There are always some sketchy people sitting in the front that does not live there either. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash because everyone in the five-mile radius just dumps their trash there.

Wonderful place to get on your feet.
It's clean, the managers are very friendly. It sets well off the main road so kids are safe to play. No other neighboring buildings so there's good privacy. There's the creek behind us and a bunch of nature surrounding. The people are generally decent. I don't ever wish to leave!
