Make sure to check rooms before move in

The basin, sink, bath tub, toilet flush, carpet and ceiling, AC and window such small things might have been broken. because it can take ages to fix them once you move in. Otherwise, it is nice place to live.

Don’t come here

Unless you like no relaxation in your own home and to be disrespected this is not the place for you. I have been here for 6 months and there has been loud construction ever since then. To make matters worse the construction takes much longer than necessary, workers are constantly talking/screaming across the courtyard at each other, and do not follow any safety precautions. It has been said thet they are only here during business hours but it is really frustrating not to be able to hear my tv at... 7pm when they are either still working or leave with the air compressor still running. Also windows are only single pained.... does not block any noise. Instead of worrying about the minuscule issues such as landscaping maybe give your tenants some quiet. Request that your workers actually work instead of play around for SIX B MONTHS. Property management has no respect or concern for my personal life and often requests can that my door be left unlocked so “contractors” can access my apartment. All in all the only reason I am still here is I don’t have any assistance to move my large furniture and I just want a day to relax at my own apartment.
