Do not come here if don’t want to be sick. If you had or have a leak you most likely have black mold. If all they did was put a fan to “dry” the leak and “fix” it you Definitely have black mold. There’s a reason why there’s no real flooring. The constant sewer leaks probably don’t help the mold either. Protect your kids and families. There’s reason why you will constantly get sick here. The people who leave five starts are people who live on third floor and people who work with the management... team. The “chat with people who live there” are fake they are mainly management. Don’t trust this place. Please check behind your ovens and behind the base boards to the cabinets. Trust me you’ll find something.

Beware
Cheaply made apartments. Constant fines and over priced apartments for poor quality living. The fire alarms go off often and sewer spillage and leaks happen often. RENTERS BEWARE THE LEASE CANNOT BE BROKEN EVEN IF YOU DIE IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT. the lease contract has so many red flags. The office ladies are rude and unhappy to do anything even if you try being nice to them. I do not recommend for families or first time renters

Renters beware
As it was mentioned before this place looks nice from the outside at a distance, but upon closer inspection you can see there is a lot of corners cut, and its cheapness just begins to seep in. The real nightmare is Management however. You appliances will go out and you will be ignored, and make to much trouble and they will turn on you in a heartbeat.

Looks nice on the outside
Property looks nice when you drive up to it. From there it is downhill. I have lived here since the property opened and it had its fair share of growing pains. However, those growing pains are not being solved at all. From weekly random fire alarms every week in the middle of the night due to faulty sensors, to sewage backing up. And everything between. There has been a high management turnover here and the property has gone downhill with each iteration.
