Been living here for 5 months. It has been amazing, it’s super quiet. The people are friendly. The pool is amazing. When you do have an issue they are making sure it gets fixed quick! I don’t understand the people complaining I can never move away. The staff are super friendly and they actually care. The best part is the property is gated and if you get a garage you have a key fob for the gate and garage

Renter Beware
I do not recommend these units for the main reason of unlawful entry into your unit without contacting you or the lack of responsiness from the on-site security company. After being a resident for 10 years and changing to a month to month lease for the purposea of unknown moving Calypso Bay will still require a 30 day notification prior to leaving. Be careful of all the extra charges when moving out such as electrical administrative fee.
