Staff is very unprofessional and don't come fix anything left in the first 3 months of staying there

This is a horrible place to live!!! Not kid friendly at all they have crackheads who sleep on the play sets and roam around here. Maintenance can take 3 years to get back to you even if your heater is out and hot water!! They place fees on you when you are nowhere in the wrong!! The security is horrible as well I’ve had several item stolen from the laundry room!! They also have disgusting molding water damage that has ruined 1000’s worth of clothing items and never reimbursed!!! They paint over... mold and try and make the units look new but after a year living here you’ll start to see the cover ups!! I been staying at the lux of Lafayette for almost two years and admit that it is the best place to live. The management and maintenance is so nice and good at their job... I could not imagine living in a better place than there.

Leaves people in the heat with no air conditioner for months

I dont even know where to begin. The property is running itself. No one answers the phone and thry can be sitting right by it. The grass hasn’t been cut since last year and the city had to make them cut it. The laundry mat is digusting, no emoloyee ever cleans it and management blamed tenants and it has broken out dated washers and dryers that are set up to take tenants money that wont be repaid by the office but by a company out of state. People are smoking weed in their apartments, which can... be smelled outside. The city of Lafayette need to see about this property, fine it, and shut it down! Its a remodeled dump! Trash is also overloading the dumpsters. The walls are thin, so theres no privacy at all! Traffic is horrible on this street and there isnt enough parking space. The entire apt complex heating and cooling units need to be replaced inside and outside. The apts need to be powerwashed because of fungi. The apts have mold too. Read More
