I’m a freshman at UL and live at the Quarters and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is very helpful and friendly with any of my needs. It is walking distance to campus which is great! The gym and pool are awesome!!!!!!

Short distance from campus!
Reasonable pricing for students!
the staff is friendly and very punctual to your needs if
you require assistance.
The staff is also very active with their residents
through social media or events they plan. (Pool parties,
movie nights, etc.)

Great apartment community. Close to campus and other major outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions with ease and gave additional helpful info. I love the fact that the community is gated with 24/7 security. I am in a 1 bedroom and it is very spacious. I love the property amenities such as the pool, media center, gym, and business center. The community is very engaging and the staff hosts activities for the residents to show us appreciation. I am... happy I made The Quarters my home!
