We've lived here since March 2015 and everything was redone before we moved in! The pool is always open and everyday you will be greeted by a friendly neighbor! Our maintenance man is the best he's here during the week and if you have a problem he gets to it the same day unless he needs to get the supplies to get it. You will absolutely love it hands down! It might look small at first but it's so cozy once you make it your home!

Nothing mindblowing, but a pretty good deal for the price
Pros: First months rent was hugely discounted. I believe they do this for all residents.
Good location, within walking distance of rouses and a 24/7 gym.
Spacious living room connected to a dining area.
Plenty of closet space, in the halls or in the bedrooms.
There are washer and dryer hookups as well as coin-op laundry on-site.
Maintenance staff is usually on-site and if they aren't available you can make a request online.
Each building has one reserved parking space. If you need two... spaces visitors parking can usually accommodate you.
Free wi-fi, but don't expect anything super fast.
Cons: I didn't notice until after I moved in, but there are ceiling lights in the master bedroom or the living room. There are wires and holes sticking out of the ceiling in some spaces still.
No pets.
The layout of the stairwell makes moving large furniture a huge hassle. If you want to bring a washer/dryer to the second floor you'd better have a strong back or someone else doing it.
No vent in the bathroom. If you don't crack the door open it steams up real quick.
The buildings were built in the 70s and for the most part it doesn't show. There is this musty smell in the stairwell and some things like the cabinets were never changed. Otherwise it's pretty unoticable.
