We’ve been here since July and have had none of the issues previously mentioned in the reviews. No water cutoffs, no electricity issues, and def not any roaches. The new manager Heather and the staff are always polite, honest, and helpful. They take your issues seriously. Also, my kids are very comfortable here. They love the pool and the grounds. They love to visit the office and see Mrs. Heather who always has a hug and a snack for them. We would def choose living here again. We have bar b... ques in the pavilion and have friends over. My neighbors and I look out for each other and our vehicles and we’ve never had issues with the parking lot. Garbage pickup is convenient and well maintained.

NEVER Leaving!!
Best apartment complex I've ever lived in!! I will be staying here until they make me leave! The office staff are down to earth and understanding. Maintenance is quick to fix my problems and even explain what the problem was and how they solved it. Never had a big issue here. I love the location. This place is definitely my HOME and not just where I live.
