How Is This Rating Determined?

Not Luxury

In my honest opinion an apartment with a ton of college students does not qualify as luxury. The doors in the apartment could have been an inch longer. Light gets in from the hallway, however, every door is like that in the apartment. The paint is chipping from behind my bedroom and bathroom door, I have to sweep often. The toilet is so close to the shower, it's ridiculous and i'm not sure what kind of tile is used on the shower wall but it stains easily and the grout isn't filled in all the... way. I tried scrubbing the dirty grout clean and it just came out. So there are holes. I have much more to say, but not enough space.
