I've been a resident in this complex for over three years now and haven't had any problems. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The community is very diverse and includes people of all ages, multiple families and students, faculty, and staff of nearby universities. The apartment is well worth the price and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live in the New Orleans area.

Pretty nice!
I live here right now and they are nice. The office staff is very friendly and understanding. I very much recommend these apartments. The 4 stars is due to the surrounding neighborhoods.
