This is an awesome community! I've lived here for four years and have never had a problem with staff or neighbors. Common areas are maintained daily and they are always painting or pressure washing something. Staff and maintenance respond quickly and with a smile! The complex is a short distance from anything and everything! The community has a well equipped workout room, a pre-school, pool, movie theater, elderly building, etc. Columbia Parc is definitely a great place to live.

I have been trying to get into these apartments for years! They are so awesome that when people move in they never really move out so units are scarce here! The amenities are great! Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, garden tubs, walk through closets, THE WORKS! really peaceful and family oriented neighborhood perfect for raising families or someone who's retiring. Safe enviorment, on duty police 24/7. So many things to do here, fitness center, business center,... club house, swimming pool and even and onsite movie theatre! This place is truly awesome I LOVE IT!

Columbia Parc at the Bayou District
I have been living in Colombia Parc for the last 5 years. The apartments are beautiful and very modern. It's a very safe neighborhood. The waiting list to get in is over a year long. The manager Gary Butler is the BEST !!! There's a fitness center, internet room, swimming pool, and kids playground. Columbia Parc hosts several activities to keep the residents in the know, such as Night Out against crime, Easter egg hunts, and there is also movie night and bingo. The community is always nicely... manicured and landscaped. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

clean, primarily quiet, and close to everything
I've lived here for 3 years now and I can't say that I have really a bad thing to say about it. landlord and maintenance are prompt with handling issues that come up. The only thing that is a downfall is that the gates don't close. they say they're working on them but they're never closed and haven't been in three years. oh well.
