Kicked out without reason

Went from yearly lease to month- month in order to move into a bigger apartment within the complex. Just received a letter saying they will not renew month-to-month lease literally a month after we switched over. Office is very unhelpful and takes weeks at a time to get maintenance to come do their jobs after putting in a request. Only thing beneficial about the area was the pricing, but not worth the headache.

Just like the property in the pictures, the employees seem much nicer before you actually get there.

Not too good

I got denied for an application without letting the reason why wast it. They also stated that they were gonna contact me back no email nor phone call was ever made. Need to be more informative when it comes to something critical like potentially new renters.

Kicked out without Reasoning

We lived there for a year and a half no problems and now we have a notice without reasoning as to why we must vacate the area. Rent was always payed on time, we didn't cause any trouble especially since it was our first time renting. Mold growing in the bathroom. Leak from the a/c unit. Bathroom space is non existent.

The worst

This is probably the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is absolutely horrible. They think slapping on some coats of disgusting vomit colored paint will fix it. I have lived here since the summer of 2016 and regret every day of it.

The sliding door used to flood inside every time it rained. They used bathroom caulking to fix it on the outside. But the inside is covered in mold and the wall bulges out more every time it e=rains from the walls being soaked.

The ceiling in...
the bathroom leaks onto the counter on occasion because there is some kind of leaking going on in the air conditioning unit. They say they "flush" it out, but I think it goes into the neighbor's unit, then comes back into mine.

I have constant issues with people smoking marijuana. it comes into my apartment via the ac vents. I've been told they "want our money", and would not even let me switch to a new, drug-free unit.

The washing machine broke and flooded the entire living room and kitchen.

The sink faucet broke and flooded that kitchen.

There are numerous people who never pick up after their dogs. In the summer it smells like a poop sauna every time you go outside. They seem to have little control over tenants actions, as the same person who has been seen and reported on numerous occasion continues let their dog poop anywhere and will not clean it up on a daily basis. But then again, they just want our money.

They staff acts as if they are entitled and you are bothering them when you call for help or put in a service request.

Hardly any storage space. cheap flooring. The cabinets and countertops look like they were installed by someone who was drunk. Mine looks like someone dropped it, said oh well, then used shoe goo to slap it together before heading out. Plus it leans backwards and water pools there when the sink is turned on.

The landscaping is a joke. I have no idea what look they are going for, but if there is a theme, it is lost on me.
