The location is great! The staff & community is friendly. There’s little things that I expect for the price of what you pay in rent. One, the street parking is terrible. I’ve almost had my front end smashed coming out of the garage due to limited sight. Two, the parking garage is a plus but they didn’t have parking passes for me as a new resident and people double park all kinds of ways in the garage. Third, personal preference, the gym is little and a lot of the equipment could use a... refresh/cleaning.

Parking garage lines need to be redone ASAP. They look ridiculous. You cannot see the parking space lines.
Rent is a little too expensive for the size of the apartment and the amenities (gym isn’t all the great, no sink garbage disposal, no shower door). For the price I pay, I would like a bigger apartment at least a bigger living room or an extra bedroom.

Really great! I enjoy living here- the location is perfect, they have nice amenities, the garage works fully! I do wish our call boxes worked in each building and sometimes we are told last minute when maintenance is scheduled to come into apartments. Other than that- this place really is great!

Meh
Unfortunately, my experience was lackluster. To name a few and to keep it short; The leasing agents and managers would talk about residents in their office. Not knowing there voices carried into the hall…. Delivery packages were left “attended to” OUTSIDE of the package lockers- multiple times. Especially around the holidays. No warning from management. My car was ransacked twice. The key fob systems were down for a week. All the doors were open to left in residents, employees….and vagrants.... Employees smell like smoke. Don’t you just love it when you ask an office member a question and, every-time, you open your mouth your taste their smoke? My balcony kept leaking (a problem with all of them), If you can’t get with a manger - don’t bother asking any one else. They don’t know or act like they know and it ends up creating a bigger issue in the end. Good luck.
