Aside from a unique apartment in a unique and classic building, the best thing about The Howard is the extremely competent, professional and responsive ownership and management team who seem to really care about about the well being of their tenants and take things personally in a good way. I couldn’t be happier.

Loved living here over last 4 years
Lived here for last four years. Great location, especially during Mardi Gras. Can access this location directly off exit while everything else is blocked off during that time. Which allows you to obviously walk up a block to the main parade route. French quarter in walking distance. Nice quality appliances in apartment. Small community, only 2-3 apts per floor. Amazing rooftop view. Just a couple of blocks from smoothie king arena and Super Bowl. Have had good run of property managers. Last one... lived in the building which was nice for off hour emergencies and appreciating/addressing building issues in real time. New property manager Bethany seems to be truly passionate about her job and providing residents with the experience as advertised.
