I've been living here since 2022 and I have had no issues. When I put in my maintenance work orders it's taken care of the next day. Property grounds are kept clean. UL Coleman properties are the best

I enjoy the environment. Quiet place to walk my dogs. The office staff is always very friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

I really enjoy living at Colonial Plaza. It’s just the right size for me and my partner, cozy without feeling cramped. The big windows let in so much natural light, which makes the whole space feel bright and cheerful. We’ve set it up in a way that feels really personal, with little touches that make it our own. The location is super convenient, close to stores and everything we need, yet it’s still quiet enough to relax. We love the vibe of our living room; it’s our go-to spot to relax. The... kitchen is small but functional, perfect for quick meals or experimenting with new recipes. It might not be a luxury place, but it’s home, and that’s what matters most to us. It’s a space we truly appreciate.
