Great Customer Service

I came to the apartments on a tour and was very impressed with what I saw. The grounds were well kept and everything looked very nice. When I called with questions Lexie and Cassie were very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about their properties!

Horrible

They nickel and dime students over things that are non existent. Also, don’t look at the amenities because most are unavailable. Their management sucks and they never give answers and always make excuses.

Management is incompetent.

They entere our apartment without permission or notice on multiple occasions. They were overall unprofessional. They charged us for things on the security deposit that were undamaged/damaged by the maintenance staff. The apartment was advertised as ‘renovated’ but in reality they put a coat of paint over a shoebox that was falling apart. Despite being among the most expensive apartments in town they are among the lowest quality.
