Great building. Very modern, clean, and decorative as well as safe and welcoming environment. All the great amenities make for the expensive rents but have not had a bad experience here

They go to a lot of effort to bring the community together and the coffee machine in the lobby is unreal! I definitely enjoy talking to the security guards at the front desk, they are polite and very helpful.

So far my resident experience has been great. The whole staff including security was a huge help when first arriving and getting settled. Everyone is always so friendly and there to help with anything. The amenities are awesome and the staff does a great job keeping everything clean. Coffee machine is always stocked and gym is always clean.

Easy transition due to lots of communication and help from the Aspen team!
The printer has already come in handy on a day where I wouldn’t normally be physically in my office. I’m excited to see/use the other building amenities.
