Convenient location and good value
The location is perfect, just a short walk to the commuter rail. Compared to other buildings on the street it is a great value. Updated units with tons of closet space. Everything we could ask for and more.

Great Location
Moved in about 5 months ago and I love it. I am in a newer style unit on the top floor and the views are amazing!
My apartment gets tons of light and very spacious. The walk in closets could be used as an additional bedroom thats how big they are.
My favorite part about living here is the fact that I am right across the street from the train station makes going into Boston allot easier. Not super familiar with the beverly area yet but I have been to the downtown cabot street area and there... are some really good places to eat.
Management is super friendly and accomodating, the building is always clean and my floor always looks good.
