Our new 2,700-square-foot connector building provides one entry for both towers, featuring a residential lobby, secure package room, mailroom, onsite management office, and elevators. The complex, built between 1969 and 1973, was a home for the Boston City Hospital School of Nursing. In July 1996, the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) took over the site. Later on, in December 2010, Trinity Financial was selected by the BPHC to redevelop various site components. In July 2013, Trinity Management, LLC joined as the management agent. they have recently renewed the apartments and it's very close to CVS and other cheap-small eating joints!
