I love being here but one thing troubles me and that is why is it that you have the bbq grills near where dogs play and do their business and I don’t think that you all had the tenants in mind because no wants to cook near where dogs play run around and do their business that is so disrespectful

I moved into the Addison a couple weeks ago and have had a great experience here since moving in. Sabine has been great to work with and made the process of getting a lease super easy. Before this apartment, I was looking for weeks in Malden and had to pay expensive fees to fill out forms to possibly rent an apartment, but the process at The Addison was quick, simple, and painless by comparison. My apartment also is very roomy and has nice fixtures and everything feels new and well taken care of... . Also, the amenities on the property - from the gym to creativity room to theater room and more - are wonderful and make this place seem like more than just a place to sleep. The Addison is a place to enjoy.

I think the Addison is an overall great property with lots to do/amenities and a great management team who is proactive. It’s located in an optimal location. The issues I’ve had ,when brought to management, have been addressed.
