Great location, amenities, city views and staff. Unbeatable units with well thought out floor plans. The Fenway neighborhood has tons of new bars and restaurants with many different cuisines to choose from.

The building itself is great and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately, I feel like I am living in a college dorm, which I absolutely hate. The environment may seem to feel a bit micromanaged. I can understand that this may be due to being close to college campuses but there are other apartment buildings around Fenway that don’t feel this way. The parking “deal” for the garage is totally absurd. It’s basically the same price for commuters or others that buy a monthly pass to park. It’s ridiculous... to be paying the amount that we pay and having no real discount with a parking garage that attract people that trash our building. There is never parking around not even if you have a resident parking sticker due to Red Sox games, concerts or college events. Read More

Amazing Apartment! Great Amenities and people. I have been living here for about 1 1/2 and I have absolutely 0 complaints. I wish I could live here forever

The leasing office and the concierge people are really nice. It's been a month since living here, and I enjoy living in the apartment so far.

I think Bower maintains a very clean environment especially with common spaces such as hallways, gym, lobby, and elevators. I appreciate the friendly staffs that are always happy to assist.
