Helpful management. Been here only a few months but they’ve been very helpful and maintenance is fairly fast. The amenities are also pretty good. Personally rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I’m not sure if that’s just how Seattle rooms are.

The process was very smooth, from application to approval. I love the community, its amenities, its proximity to the best places in SLU, and reasonable rent despite all of this.

Living at this apartment community has been a generally positive experience with a few areas for improvement. The management team is friendly and usually responsive, although we faced delays in getting our assigned parking space, which was quite inconvenient. Maintenance requests are handled well, though non-emergency issues can take a few days to be addressed. The amenities are good, with a well-equipped gym and clean pool, though the communal lounge could use more seating.
