This place is a dump and I wish I never moved into here. Everything is falling apart and my neighbors are horrible . There is no fast food restaurants anywhere around here.

Well run, clean and conveniently located. Only comment would be that In order to charge premium rents, renovations/materials should be premium too. Instead, there is a lot of corner cutting. Can’t blame them though, the government keeps printing money, so their margins must be getting squeezed.

I have lived in this community for a little over 10 years. Love it here! The office staff and the maintenance crew are so friendly and professional. The amenities offered here are just an added bonus to this community.

Property is pretty and it’s nice to see the ocean. The units are spacious and private entrances are a plus. Pulling out onto 3A when it’s busy can be a bit nerve wracking so that is a downside to morning commutes
