We provide trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer. Tenant(s) will pay for heat, electric, cable, internet, and phone.
Pets (SA's/ESA's with proper credentials allowed) and washing machines are not allowed. Although there are no onsite washer/dryer hookups, there are several laundry mats in Easthampton; with the nearest laundry mat located within walking distance of the apartment. Please also note that the bathroom has a shower stall; it does not have a bathtub.
