This is such a welcoming community to reside in. People of various ages and interests, lots of friendly animals, a willingness to help others
and a kind efficient office and building staff.

It has been great to take part of this community. We are very happy to live here.I highly recommend to be a resident at Bancroft Lofts. The staff is wonderful and they are always there to help you if you have any concerns. We are looking forward for summer in order to go back to the swimming pool and throw barbacues in the common areas.

Just moved here 2 weeks ago. Management is wonderful and made the whole process so easy. Apartment is spotless clean. Everything feels brand new, I can tell maintenance does a great job. It’s super quiet all the time. I love it here.
