My boyfriend and I have enjoyed the last year and a half here at Bancroft! From the amenities to the community events to the staff that keeps everything running so smoothly. We loved our home here, and we will miss it as we are moving.

I have lived in 7 apartment buildings in the last 4 years due to my job and I have to say that this complex has been the best experience I have had renting in my entire life. Between the maintenance team quickly responding to any request you put in, and the leasing office being there to answer any and all questions you could have, it has been the most pleasant experience I could have asked for. I love the loft!, it’s amazing. It’s been super quiet living here, everyone is respectful, kind great personalities open to talk or say hi. You absolutely feel safe, Amenities are great, fitness room is just perfect. almost feels like planet fitness. The pond, all the serious parks and ice skating that are around us, just makes its so nice, lots of little farmers markets, parties and fireworks, great restaurants close by.

I have lived here for a year and a half now. This has been by far one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in. For me its the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the amentities.

The only gripe I have is that I wish there were more events to bring the community together. Like one or two events a month. I think this will improve the community as a whole
