We do recommend utilizing the emergency maintenance number provided at move-in order to alert the maintenance team during the weekends or after hours.
Regarding the sound insulation, we understand the importance of privacy and tranquility within the community. We will explore possible solutions to mitigate noise disturbances and enhance the overall living experience for our residents.
In terms of pricing and amenities, we continuously evaluate our offerings to ensure they align with market standards and provide value to our residents. Horrible management and low quality apartment
Only been here a few months and already so many problems. Management is horrible at fixing things; they never respond on a timely manner. Maintenance is nice but don't show up when they say they will. Need to follow up several times before anything is done.
