BEWARE - Do NOT live here - you’ll be sorry!

Before this property was sold it was a great place to live and the property management team was superb. After the property was sold the rents have gone up 30% per year and maintenance issues are virtually ignored. Thousands were spent redecorating the clubhouse & gym that did not need it and are now an eyesore- all while they removed the heater from the pool and left the broken pool tables & chairs. Putting in an outside TV no one can use, metal chairs in the sun surrounded by cheap outdoor... grass. Their “decorator” needs to be removed from their position. TACKY does not even begin to describe what they did here.
Appliances are bottom of the barrel , if you need repaired appliances or faucets the property management tells you to buy your own! The property manager goes out of her way to be rude to the residents here and basically ignore any requests or suggestions.
BEWARE of this place no current residents here are happy anymore and we are paying outrageous rents.

Beautiful place

This complex is in such a pretty part of town with so many trees and open spaces for our dog. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to get out of downtown Worcester and move here once they have some apartments!
