In August 2019 I was thinking about residence at Malden Gateway. I chose an one-bedroom apartment. The representative offered me to make a deposit of $175 and said that if I decide not to go ahead with lease agreement the funds will be refunded. Eventually, I preferred another property. But I didn’t get the money back. I contacted them several times and asked to let me know the code of transaction because without this code my bank can’t see the payment.
