Overall, the apartment complex is very nice. There are frequent fire alarms where three fire trucks are on scene, along with a fire vehicle. Mostly, the fire alarms are silenced and the fire department departs. This is both disruptive and unnerving. Recently I learned of an actual fire Christmas Eve 2024, as told to me by another tenant. Tenants do not evacuate, which could be fatal in the event of actual fire. Frequent medical emergencies with police, fire and ambulance. There are... multiple other instances where police alone are called. My friend calls this One Adam Strata after : Adam-12 is an American police procedural crime drama television series.
The grounds and amenities are enjoyable. Need designated dog parks rather than dogs doing their business anywhere and everywhere.
Maintenance and cleaning staff work diligently and are accommodating.
