READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING!

Consecutive rent increases of 20 percent Year over Year!!

This property management company doesn’t care about anything but making as much money as they can. We signed on during COVID to what we thought was a reasonable price for the area, at our next Lease renewal they wanted to raise our rent 20 percent. Because we had gotten a “deal” on our initial lease and didn’t want to move all our things after a year, we signed. Upon our next lease renewal they wanted to raise rent 20 percent again!! How...
do they imagine people can afford that? They maintain the position of keeping up with “Market” prices, but being a property management company and owning other apartment buildings in the area, they effectively set the market.

Parking extra

Parking is extra, 150 per car
The spots are extremely small, if you have a small compact car you’ll likely be fine, but anything larger than that and you’ll have a hard time getting out of your car. My car was actually hit on at least one occasion that I'm aware of.

Build quality of apartments is cheap/low

No real materials, all plywood.recycled wood dressed up. While other apartment buildings in the area offer real granite or similar countertops, you won’t find that here.

The way they built the building is with metal studs, so you’ll have a hard time hanging anything on the walls, they actually discourage you from hanging things on the walls. I hope you enjoy blank emotionless walls.

There is poor insulation in winter. We were constantly getting cold air through outlets facing the outer wall during the winter. We needed to put a draft guard on door ( 2nd floor patio door ) to keep our heating costs down and even then we were constantly running the heat throughout the winter.

No sound insulation from upstairs neighbors, you can definitely hear and know what your neighbors are up to. Our upstairs neighbor for example loved to play video games until 2 am and was constantly shouting and screaming with his speakers at full blast.

The Appliances are dated. The stove is an older electric coil stove while the refrigerator does not have an icemaker.

Poor outlet placement for switch connected outlets. There’s really only one good location for the bed in the bedrooms, but the outlet that’s connected to the switch sits directly behind it, making it nearly impossible to have a working lamp in the bedroom without an awkward gap between your bed and the wall or a special kind out extension cord with a flat head.

Do not rent any apartment here

I rented a 2 bed rooms and I have a very bad experience.
1- management is very impolite, unfriendly and not considerate.
2- Once I was 4 days late to pay the rent due to being out of country and they charge me 500$ As a late fee and this was not written in the lease.
3- They increased my rent about 200$ a month after each year, which is too much.
4- I had to ask them to extend my lease another 2 months after the 3 years at COVID time and they also increased the rent even higher even if I...
extended just 2 months and not being considerate of COVID-19 and no appreciation at all.
5- They took from my deposit 1000$ claiming that I have a small spot on the carbit!!! and a water bill that not paid for past 2 months !!! Although I pay every month the full rent including the water.

I don’t recommend you to rent here, they are very expensive and you are not getting the service you are paying for.
