I have lived in the Millbury Cobblestone apt complex for about 4 years. I was one of the first tenants in my building and watched as the construction of the other buildings were completed. The facilities are well built and maintained. I feel very safe and my porch looks out onto lovely woods. The complex is small enough that you recognize and befriend your neighbors - or not - as to your preference. Since I have a dog, I have met a lot of my neighbors with dogs and we enjoy socializing at... the dog park or the grill area (for a beer or smores.) Upon moving in, we found that there was no hot water which was quickly addressed by management. Also, our stove had to be repaired, which was also quickly addressed Ryan from the leasing office was quick to respond to our concerns and also great in his effortso address any issues.
Despite the hiccups we are happy to be cobblestone village residents.
