LOVE living here!

We have been so happy here since day one. The grounds, dog park, and pool are well maintained, the apartments are large and airy, and the buildings wonderful. In turning these buildings into apartments great care was taken to leave the character in tact, with exposed pipes, brick walls, and even some old mill equipment for decorations!

The management and maintenance staff are absolutely superb! Maintenance requests are dealt with on the same day in a very friendly and professional manner. The...
office staff is super responsive to questions and always willing to help. They'll even find out where the best Chinese food in the area is by polling other residents for you! :D Now that's going above and beyond!

Over priced, dated, poor management!

I’ve lived here for only about 5 months and can’t wait to get out! I have had issues with toilets overflowing (on their own in the middle of night). Ants and other insects. Terrible smelling apartment. Had to move out of first apartment after 1 month bc I couldn’t take the smell anymore. Things are breaking all the time and although they fix them, it’s been very inconvenient. I’m a single guy and not in apt much yet, shower faucet was broken the day I moved in! They didn’t get anyone out to... fix it until the next day! So no shower after moving all day! Garbage disposal broke, sinks and toilets don’t drain properly. This place is truly getting so old and management doesn’t invest anything to upgrade it.

Management could not have been worse during these initial problems. They have an attitude like they’re doing you a favor letting you live in this old overpriced mill building . Funny thing is they call them “luxury” apartments! LOL. There is nothing luxurious about this old mill building. I’ve set my move out date! Can’t wait. Nothing worse than living like this.

Great place

I picked this place because of great reviews by others plus its excellent location, AND they have great accommodation for disabled people. I am deaf and the landlords are more than happy to quickly install light strobe for fire alarm. Staffs here are very great and friendly and helpful, including maintenance team. It's very easy to reach them either by email or phone or in person. This place is elderly-friendly as well, offering elevators and stairs lift that you can wheel in and be lifted, and... there's a small medical center right by the apartment, as well as a cvs.

This place is a beautiful old building that was used for mill factory. We have exposed brick wall, high vaulted ceiling with fan. I live in one bedroom place. Yes the living room is a bit small but I'm living alone with cats so it's a perfect fit for me. I have a patio which costs extra monthly but it's so worth it to be able to sit outside. There's a stone wall adorned with garden in front of patio so you have a small and pretty privacy.

Yes, this place is pricey but it's worth it every penny to deal with great team. It's less pricey compared to many other apartments. And it's so great to live so close to I 90 plus the Blackstone Valley Shopping place that's only 10 minutes away and have Target, Dick's, Panera, Petsmart, Best Buy, several restaurants and smaller chain stores. And this is literally right below Worcester so you get to get a little of big city taste, and there's several recreational activities and great towns all around this area.

Just an head up, while this place has an amazing exercise room (that's never busy and I often find myself alone there which is awesome), the pool itself isn't designed for swimming laps, disappointing the swimmer me a little bit. It's smaller than 25 yards (the standard pool size) and on one whole side there's stairs, meaning I can't do flip turns off the wall.

Great apartment! We love it here. About 10 minutes from the commuter rail which is fabulous to beat Boston traffic. Large windows and 18 ft ceilings don't make it feel like an apartment. We love the exposed brick and pipes. Laundry in the apartment is the best! Pool is our favorite place to hang out.
