I have been here for 5 years and it's a nice little place to be in. The management team is 5 star in my opinion, very caring, polite, and professional. Example for me was today I had an issue that was quickly resolved by the Assistant manager, she was very nice in helping me and that to me says it all.

Sad to Leave
I moved into Olde Derby Village in April of 2016, I have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The leasing office and maintenance crew have always been so accommodating, helpful and responsive whenever I had to request assistance. The property management team changed a few times during my tenancy, the current team deserve the highest of accolades for their service to the Olde Derby Village Community. Lance and his team were always friendly and completed any maintenance work... order/request promptly and with great professionalism. My thanks to all and would not hesitate to recommend if you are looking to rent an apartment
