Comfort all around! Great amenities, maintenance is friendly and very responsive. Easy ways to pay and very spacious living areas. I would recommend this to anyone looking!

Pros: Good amenities and events. Unit is great. Management interactions are good and professional

The physical apartment, buildings, amenities, and common spaces are all very nice. While the value for what we get may not be there, that is typical given the high price of housing in this area.

My only complaint is that there have been multiple occurrences of other community members do not pick up after their pets when they use go outside or when they place allow their garbage to overflow in the garbage rooms.

Overall, a nice place to live but lately it seems like they stopped cleaning the buildings, taking out garbage etc. When things like this happen, residents bringing up the concerns usually helps

Good amenities, fun events put on by the office. I wish they had designed the balcony doors to open inward or slide, because it makes it a pain to have the door open on windy days
