Love the community and management of AP! They were so accommodating and helpful with the move in process and gave you all the resources you need when settling into an apartment and new community. The maintenance staff are so quick to fix your issues and are genuinely committed to helping you. The physical apartment, buildings, amenities, and common spaces are all very nice. While the value for what we get may not be there, that is typical given the high price of housing in this area.
My only complaint is that there have been multiple occurrences of other community members do not pick up after their pets when they use go outside or when they place allow their garbage to overflow in the garbage rooms.

Overall, a nice place to live but lately it seems like they stopped cleaning the buildings, taking out garbage etc. When things like this happen, residents bringing up the concerns usually helps
