Since Mason's opened, my apartment unit and the hallways were filled with a heavy, smoky smell that began around 4pm and lasted throughout the evening. It quickly started to bother my lungs, making it difficult to breathe during the evenings and triggering my asthma. Although maintenance came several times, reassuring me that Masons / the building was trying everything, it shouldn't have taken several months to solve. Given this experience, I know I will never live next to a restaurant again. No... amount of amenities can make up for diminished quality of life.

Love it here - thank you so much for the hospitality. The staff is awesome, the only constructive feedback is the cleaning products used in the morning in the common areas are sometimes very strong. As someone who is sensitive to scent these sometimes cause migraines. I love the events that the staff organize.

Comfy , always smells great in common areas, quiet in the halls. Easy management to be able to communicate with. Area is great to live in. Parking situation is terrible now that steakhouse is open. Plenty of spots open always but neighborhood made it so you need a residential sticker for after 6PM and when you live at Center & stone you are not eligible for sticker. The monthly parking fee at center and stone is a ridiculous amount on top of the rent. More worth it to get a parking ticket here... and there than it is to pay for a spot in garage.
